- Booking of units is subject to the submission of all required documents and the payment of the booking amount.

- Amenities and facilities will be provided as per the specifications mentioned in the agreement. However, timelines for completion may vary based on project progress.
- Usage of common areas and amenities will be subject to the rules set by the project’s management committee.
- All legal formalities, including agreement registration and documentation, must be completed by the buyer within the stipulated timeframe.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
- The developer will not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
